Can I return my order?

Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with your items, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The item includes all original parts/components and is returned in its original packaging.
  2. The item shows only normal handling — damages due to careless handling are not covered.
  3. Items with hygienic considerations have been properly cleaned prior to return.
  4. The product was found to be defective upon arrival.
  5. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days after arrival. If approved, you will receive confirmation within this period.

CANAFA reserves the right to refuse returns if items appear used or damaged through no fault of our own.


How to initiate a return

If your return meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at: info@bycanafa.com
  2. Include the following in your email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photo of the item (in case of damage)
    • Your full name
    • Your address

Important: Do not return your item to the sender address. We will provide the correct return address after reviewing your request.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.


Right of Withdrawal – CANAFA

Cancellation Conditions

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
  • Because we operate with a fully automated fulfillment system, once an order is placed, it is immediately processed. This means we cannot cancel or refund an order before it is delivered.
  • To withdraw, you must notify us clearly (e.g., via email) of your intention to cancel. A refund will be issued after the returned items have been received.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

In-Transit Orders

Our products are shipped from Asia, and longer delivery times may occur.
If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Please wait for the delivery and return the product afterward. You may inform us in advance of your intention to return the product.


Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return, we will refund your payment (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.


Return Address

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse at the customer’s expense.
We will provide the full return address after you initiate the return process.
